Be very wary of this program the password for the user is stored in a very obvious location in the registry in plain text HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VOVSOFT\Daily Journal\Passwords
The software can be unlocked just by deleting the Passwords string value which is called the username you created or simply renaming it. There is NO encryption or access control mechanisms.
The actual Journal data is stored in a RTF format DAT file at:
C:\Users\WINDOWSLOGIN\AppData\Roaming\VOVSOFT\Daily Journal\created_username\18-01-2021.dat again no encryption just standard windows ACL’s
