yt-dlp_x86.exe is out of date and should be updated in their installer.
The last giveaway of this via giveawayotheday.com the author admitted that the giveaway build license excluded spotify downloading and only the paid license included it. So for giveaway users of the version prior to that which spotify stopped working on due to software counter measures by spotify, there was no point taking the giveaway build as it fixed nothing that was broken.
