This is definitely a video processing program. It is a limited version of the product, I would say an evaluation version. The output format options are limited unless you purchase, and it wouldn’t process the first video I tried as it stated that the permitted video length was 7 minutes.
I tried the highest quality (and therefore slowest) 3x (the maximum) upscale option on a year-old PC (i5 12th gen) with NO graphics card, and the results were a pretty decent improvement in perceived visual quality. This processing took something over an hour for a less than 4 minute video clip.

Thanks, the file from that new link works fine. I used my previous Audials registration (User ID & password) and it installed without problems. I did not get the prompt to purchase at 75% discount.
I don’t think your description is correct – the website linked for Audials Vision only mentions this software’s ability to enhance video with AI. As installed the main screen offers choices of Upscale, Insert Frames, Convert to HDR. Boost Speech and Convert video format. I’ve not tried any othe options yet. I think your description here (Key features) sounds more like a different Audials product, perhaps Audials One?
Anyway, it all looks good at the moment for me, so I’m happy!
