original giveaway of this claims it works on windows NT4.0 to Windows 10 but the unlicensed ffmpeg.exe and enc.exe both built to require windows 7 or above to execute and the main program fails to run on systems without Direct3D 9 hardware and software support ruling out it operating in a remote desktop session let alone NT 4.0 or windows 2000 that never had DIrect3D 9 written for them. Tried multiple times to report the bug/errors in the giveaway data but the sites admins kept deleting my comments.
