Have another product from this company. Today’s giveaway is just as convoluted as the first re license. Once installed, there isn’t any place to enter a key as you’ve listed. It requires opening an account (which I have from other product) and then d/l a “VoleLicenses.txt” file.
The software is titled “Free Edition.” The About field opens a window: 373.8053 Free Edition, with fields — Register to, Email, Expires. You can’t enter or paste in any of them. You must select from menu, “Specify Licenses File” and path to the above’s location. If the title bar still says “Free..” you then click on “Renew Code Manager” to change free to pro.
It didn’t work on other product; contacted support and walked thru process above. That worked then but after closing and running, it reverted to free despite numerous attempts per support’s input. Same thing w/today’s program, but it never got as far as becoming pro!
BTW, what’s your understanding of install and providing a License Key? There’s no place to put it — see all the above. Whew…
