It’s funny how many of these programs are probably made in China and re-sold under different brand names. Tipard Screen Recorder and Aiseesoft Screen Recorder are virtually the same. Both programs and others like it produce oversharp images/video that ends up with jagged lines and others don’t capture smooth video regardless of the settings. The programs are average in quality. Even when you record under lossless settings the product is noticeably inferior to source video. For this Tipard Screen Recorder program it ONLY lets you record in WMV and nothing else. The other identical program Aiseesoft lets you record in many formats. I’m disappointed with the quality of output given the many years these video companies have been around. 3 stars out of five in general for most programs and 2 stars out of five for Tipard.
